Delivery experiments and clinical records

The papers behind the cargo, the carriers, the cell counts and the clinical outcomes.

KPV delivery

For the transport question, start with PepT1-mediated uptake in cells and mice, then the nanoparticle/hydrogel formulation tested in mouse colitis. The KPV/FK506 nanodrug adds another active agent. I prefer that sequence because it preserves the changing experimental object: free peptide, protected peptide, combination formulation.

The MC1R-deficient mouse experiments examine another question, the receptor dependence of KPV's anti-inflammatory effect. The alpha-MSH and tripeptide review supplies the broader laboratory context.

Thymosin alpha-1 clinical record

The comprehensive review surveys the clinical history. For sepsis, read ETASS alongside TESTS. The COVID-19 cohort is retrospective; the cancer reappraisal concerns combination treatment.

The dendritic-cell study and original peptide isolation answer biological and historical questions. Their value is different from a clinical survival result. The complete citations follow.
